Fix document errors before they hold up a shipment
Each document is compared with the rest of the file as it arrives, and what doesn't match goes back to whoever issued it, while there is still time.

What Sila checks on each file
- Weights and packagesThe same on the invoice, the packing list where there is one, and the transport document.
- Tariff codesEach invoice line is a line of the destination's tariff, and not prohibited.
- Invoice totalsQuantities times prices add up to the invoice total.
- Consignee and import licenceThe licence holder is the consignee, and the licence is valid.
- Invoices used beforeThe invoice number hasn't appeared on another file.
- Documents and the declared goodsCodes and quantities match the goods the file declares.
- OriginThe same country on the invoice, certified by the exporter, and on the certificate where there is one; a duty-free origin is backed by it.
- The export declarationWhen the file has it, the invoice is not below what the exporter declared on leaving.
- Signed and unchangedSigned by a verified company, and unchanged since.
Rules, not AI
Each check is a fixed rule that gives the same answer every time. AI only reads uploads into fields, and the sender confirms them.
